Dec 30, 2018Bill of nearly 50 years, and survived by her sister Jacquelyn Francisco of Sutter Creek; her son Dallas (Marsha) Anderson of Lone Pine; daughters Adrienne (Craig) Nalette of Kihei, Hawaii, and April (Alan Caron) Anderson of Sonora; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.



Services will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 430 State Highway 49, Sutter Creek on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Marilyn requested donations be made to Trinity Episcopal Church in Memoriam. Man killed in Christmas crash near Veneta was motorcycle minister; fundraiser ...

On Monday morning, a small memorial had started to grow near the intersection, with flowers, a miniature decorated Christmas tree, a Dallas Cowboys hat, a wreath and other items.
Morley’s wife, Shawna Morley, 29, was seriously injured in the crash and taken to PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield. Oregon State Police Lt. Bill Fugate said Shawna Morley was in critical condition at the time she was admitted into the hospital but he did not know her condition Monday morning.
However, Crossfire pastor Aaron Taylor said Morley’s condition is still “touch and go.” The couple were on their way home from visiting Shawna Morley’s father when the crash occurred, Taylor said.
Serving as the liaison for the family, Taylor posts regular updates on Shawna Morley’s condition online. Late Sunday night, he wrote that she has a brain bleed, is no longer sedated, and is not responding or breathing on her own. Monday afternoon, however, the neurosurgeon told Taylor that an MRI showed less damage than originally thought, which was great news, Taylor said.
“Our biggest concern obviously is Shawna. She’s in pretty serious condition, and at this point until we know when she’ll recover, we have no memorial plans” for Kevin Morley, Taylor said Monday afternoon. “We loved him a lot and we really care about him. He was a great guy and a good friend and everyone who knew him loved him.”
Taylor said Kevin Morley was on the worship team at Crossfire, in addition to leading the motorcycle ministry with the help of his father, Everett, a retired pastor. Gary Dee and Gail Cheek enjoyed two of his sisters, Cheryl Cardove and Sandra Kay Guest from Dallas spend Thursday night with them, of course Gail fried them up some fresh white perch for supper. They left there going to Mandeville for a visit with Noel and Tammie Johnson. They then came back to Gary Dee’s for the fresh white perch (frozen) to carry home with them.
Deryl and Deloris Caston enjoyed their children Keith and Lesa Caston from Texas. Ken Caston and his little wife, Kim Graham and family Krystal and Downy Wright and their little girls during Thanksgiving week.
Coming by on Sunday was Roger and Dollie Dew from Springhill. They were placing Christmas flowers on their loved ones graves. Always good to see them.
