God, this one is known by Him.” (1 Corinthians 8:3)
Earlier on the day of the concert, I rode bikes with four of my grandkids on the Murfreesboro Greenway and watched them play basketball.
I don’t know how that builds His Kingdom. But I know that’s what He wants, and I know I am here to obey.
God, it hurts to admit that I am not the star of my own movie — You are. I can sing the songs of laying my life down. But there is so much of me that wants to stand up.
I repent of that. I want to love You enough to be known by You.
You can’t remove all the need in the world today, but there are lots of ways you can help. Ask God today if there is any place that needs repentance in you.

Thanksgiving smelled a little different this year at Elmcroft Assisted Living thanks to a small show of affection from the folks at Senior Flower Partners.

Senior Flower Partners — opened in Murfreesboro in September — is a nonprofit founded by Senior Solutions Home Care that chooses different elderly communities each month, reminding local seniors that they are still cared for.
